We can provide freight forwarding services from door-to-door or port-to-port to any destination our clients need. But sometimes logistics planning goes beyond transportation. Customs Brokerage

Through CargoLive Logistics' integrated Customs Brokerage services, you can be sure that your cargo will arrive on time for your event or show without unnecessary customs delays. As part of the freight forwarding service, our team will provide full customs clearance including documentation preparation, security clearance and onsite supervision.

Insurance

We are used to dealing with fragile and valuable cargo and recognise that general corporate insurance often does not cover some of the inherent risks in international and domestic transportation. We work with established and respected insurance brokers to create dynamic policies to cover the widest range of incidences and resolution options. Another reason why you can feel more secure with your cargo in our care.

ATA Carnet

When commercial items are entering the country on a temporary basis, we can make use of an ATA Carnet which acts an international customs document for cargo, similar to a passport. This document allows cargo to be admitted into participating countries without individual temporary import bonds or payment of Import Duties. There are currently 72 countries participating in the Carnet system. The ATA Carnet system requires only a single bond to be secured within the country of origin. By utilising our Carnet services, your cargo will have a more streamlined entry and clearance process.

Air Passenger Charter

Through our partners we can arrange First Class domestic and international passenger charter services that are uniquely tailored to the needs of our touring artists and discerning clients. Music Touring is our most dynamic division at CargoLive Logistics. Music Tours are always demanding and full of time-sensitive and complex logistical operations. Our expert staff is experienced at synchronising and managing schedules to ensure our clients precious cargo is successfully delivered on time.

We recognise that logistics for the entertainment industry requires the upmost sensitivity. All projects begin with a detailed planning and precise execution of transport: we start with careful packing and allow our clients to elect beforehand the means of transport and the way in which the cargo will be manipulated. We devote special care in each step we take in order to protect valuable goods from the beginning of the operation until the delivery at final destination.

The Industrial Division of CargoLive Logistics continues to build experience in large project handling and coordination by working closely with major engineering and construction companies and always delivering cargo under our "time-sensitive" philosophy.
